Bacon & Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon, chopped
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼-½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine boiled eggs, bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Taste for seasoning. Enjoy!
