Place the bread cubes in the prepared butter pan. In a separate large bowl, or blender, combine the melted butter, eggs, coconut cream, condensed milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes and gently press down to help the bread absorb the liquid. Drizzle guava over the bread mixture. If adding cream cheese, then you would add right before the guava layer. Cover and chill overnight.
