Berries:
In a large bowl, add the berries, sugar, and basil and gently stir to combine. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Lemon Whipped Cream:
Place bowl, whisk and cream in freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, sugar, lemon juice, and zest on medium-high speed until medium peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
Serve immediately with marinated berries. Enjoy!
