Peach + Prosciutto Pizza with Burrata and Honey

Ingredients
  

  • cornmeal, for dusting on pan
  • 16 ounces pizza dough, homemade or store bought
  • 3 tablespoons pesto, homemade or store bought
  • 5 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • 8 ounces fresh burrata
  • 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup slightly packed fresh arugula leaves
  • ¼ cup honey
  • pinch of flaky sea salt, optional
  • pinch of crushed red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450° F. with pizza pan or baking sheet inside the oven.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out about a 10-12 inch circle.
  • Remove pan from oven and sprinkle cornmeal all over. Carefully transfer the dough to the prepared pan or baking sheet. Spread the dough with pesto and top with mozzarella, burrata, and the sliced peaches. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake 10 - 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven, add prosciutto, arugula, and drizzle with honey. Season with flaky sea salt, pinch of crushed red pepper. Cut into slices and serve warm. Enjoy!
