Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water or regular water
  • 1 cup frozen kale or spinach leaves
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add liquid all ingredients to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
