Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, whisk together the maple, soy sauce, orange juice salt and pepper. Place the salmon flesh side down in the maple sauce. Let sit 15 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the maple sauce and transfer to foil-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Roast 10-15 minutes(broiling the last 3 minutes), or until the salmon has reached your desired doneness.
Pour the remaining maple sauce into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook or 5-6 minutes or until the sauce has reduced into a glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the salmon.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet with 1 teaspoon olive oil .
Place carrots in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add honey, balsamic vinegar, remaining olive oil, garlic and thyme; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Gently toss to combine.
Place into oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until tender.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar; set aside.
Place brussels sprouts in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add remaining 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, olive oil, bacon and garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Gently toss to combine.
Place into oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until tender. Stir in honey mixture and garnish with hazelnuts.
