Pasta de Bocadito (Ham Spread Sliders)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (8-ounce) brick cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup ham, finely diced
  • ¼ cup sweet pickle relish, drained
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, drained and finely diced
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 16 Hawaiian mini slider sweet rolls

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a food processor or a high-powered blender, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, ham, sweet pickle relish, and roasted red pepper. Pulse until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each roll and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the spread to thicken and for flavor to develop.
