Instructions
Place water, avocado, green onions, basil, tarragon, dill, lemon zest, and juice in a blender. Pulse for 10 seconds, and add salt and pepper. Slowly pour in olive oil and purée until smooth. Taste for seasoning.
To serve, cut lettuce into desired number of wedges. Top each wedge with dressing, bacon, tomatoes, and chives. Enjoy!
