1large carrot,no need to peel, just make sure it’s washed well
1orange,peeled
1ripe banana,peeled, sliced and frozen
½cupfresh pineapple chunks
½cupGreek yogurt
1teaspoonfresh gingergrated
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend 1-2 minutes, or until creamy and smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add a little orange juice or water. Enjoy!
