Rim:
In a shallow dish, add sugar and cinnamomon. Combine and set aside until ready to use.
Dip glasses in caramel sauce, melted chocolate or water and coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Milkshakes:
To a blender, add 2 churros (or more to taste), ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, and 1-2 teasoons salted caramel. Blend until your desired consistency is reached.
Pour milkshake in the prepared glasses. Top with extra caramel sauce or melted chocolate if using and finish with a churro (or two!). Enjoy!
