Cranberry Pecan Brie

  1. 1 (16 oz) circle shaped Brie Cheese
  2. ½ cup brown sugar
  3. ½ cup chopped pecans
  4. ½ cup craisins
  5. 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  6. 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  7. 2 tablespoons honey
  8. 1 - 2 tablespoon orange zest
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chopped pecans on baking sheet and bake until toasted. About 7-8 minutes.
  3. Place cheese on an oven safe dish with sides.  Sprinkle and lightly pat ½ cup brown sugar over it and on the sides. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is soft.
  4. While cheese is baking, in a small saucepan over medium heat, bring 3-tablespoon brown sugar, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons honey and orange zest to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer until foamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. After cheese has baked, sprinkle toasted chopped pecans, craisins and pour maple syrup over cheese and enjoy!
