White Wine Fall Sangria
- 1 (750 ml) bottle white wine
- ⅓ cup brandy
- ¼ cup orange juice, plus more to taste
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 green apples, thinly sliced
- 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or prosecco
- ice
- 4-5 fresh figs, halved or quartered
- ¼ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
- cinnamon sticks, (optional garnish)
In a large pitcher combine white wine, brandy, orange juice, and sugar; stir well until sugar is fully dissolved. Add sliced apples and chill mixture for 1-2 hours. Right before serving, add champagne. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh figs, pomegranate seeds, and cinnamon sticks (if using).
