Patty’s Key Lime Pie
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup graham crackers
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 tblsp butter
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 3/4 cups key lime juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tblsp. Powder sugar
Combine graham crackers, sugar and butter. Press crust down on pie dish and bake at 375 for 10-15 min. Let cool 15-20 min.
Combine condensed milk, key lime juice and eggs in a bowl and pour into cooled crust and bake at 375 for 15 to 20 min.
Combine the sour cream & powder sugar. Spread on top of filling and refrigerate minimum 2 hours. Garnish with lime.
